The customer service rep (Taylor or w/e her name is)for online orders have the nastiest attitude and extremely unhelpful! I will never order from this place again thanks to her nasty self!!! Completely rude as ever!!
I was about to check out and easily drop $200+ and they refused to ring me up saying they’re closed.
Received Eastern Mango Side table with a huge chunk of the drawer missing and the drawer will not close. An email was sent asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose a refund and have not heard anything since. Very disappointed in this company.
Horrible. Bathrooms disgusting. Products all over floor. I tripped on vacuum cord.
Absolutely terrible customer service! We came from another state to purchase an item, we called in advance to make sure they had it in stock and I specifically asked if it could be opened and inspected before we buy it, because lots of reviews mentioned multiple imperfections and the lady on the phone said that wouldn’t be a problem. Long story short, the display had the defects and we wanted to see another one they had in stock but the guy at the front refused to open the box saying they were closing in 15 minutes, I should mention we got to the store about 25 minutes before closing, he checked if there was the item in stock and then he went to help another customer, so looked like he was intentionally postponing helping us because I told him upfront I wanted to inspect it before buying. That’s a good way to lose customers. Visited 3.19.23 at 5:35pm.
