Shula and her daughter are the KINDEST and most talented florists in the city. They saved our day with the most stunning florals for our wedding at Tavern on the Green back in April 2022 when we had originally booked with a terrible vendor. Tavern On The Green now uses FBSA as a recommended vendor for all of their events and I have personally continued to use Flowers By Special Arrangement for corporate work parties. They are reliable, responsive, and have never failed to impress! I use lots of different vendors in the city being an EA and I enjoy working with Shula and HIGHLY recommend Flowers By Special Arrangement.
It seems like this place mainly does weddings so if you're going for just a single bouquet or arrangement I might look elsewhere... I spent $200 for a TINY arrangement. It looked like a $50 arrangement honestly. There were no size options, I assumed for that price the piece would be more substantial. It was nice (and small) but just an outrageous price for what it was. The picture is from 4 days later so also didn't last very well and again that was $200! Would recommend Matles a few blocks away for a better value and overall experience unless $ is no object and you're doing a wedding.
We absolutely love Flowers by Special Arrangement! Shula and her incredibly talented team always listen carefully to our needs and ideas, transforming them into stunning floral arrangements. While we’ve mainly worked with them for private events, they never fail to impress! Their creations perfectly complement any space, adding that extra touch of beauty. The team is highly knowledgeable, and I can't wait to visit their shop in person one of these days!
