Bought my wedding bouquet and boutonnière here for ~$150, and it turned out beautifully! All I had to do was walk in, show Theresa, the florist, a picture of what I wanted, pay a deposit (~$50), and then the remaining balance the day I picked them up (no delivery, which was fine). Their turnaround time was quick, I put in my order 1 week before my wedding, and the flowers were ready on time. All of the florists here are also super sweet! Attaching a picture of my inspiration and the actual bouquet they put together! I asked for a more blush pink calla lily than the inspo pic.

I ordered a Thank you bouquet for my mother. They were very easy to work with and had beautiful floral options to choose from. They called prior to preparing my order and this made me very happy! I would order from them again.

A store doesn’t stay in business in Manhattan for 75 years without being extraordinary. That’s the attention and service I was given by Theresa today when I called to say that a bouquet delivered on Friday and left waiting for me for hours without water never looked fresh and the flowers had wilted within a day or two. Theresa was charming and helpful and after reviewing the pictures I texted sent me a new gorgeous bouquet. Not only is this incredibly good customer relations but the flowers are absolutely masterful. Will be only using Valli and you should as well.

I want to love this place bc it’s small and family owned, but I’ve spent a small fortune on 6 plants that have all started dying within 2 months. I purchased a Boston fern, transcendencia, monstera, bamboo, philodendron, and a small succulent and they have ALL died except the bamboo. Which is insane because these are easy care plants and I have other plants (pothos, snake plant, aloe, jade, pineapple, and a few others) that I have kept alive for 3+ years. I’ve spent a few hundred dollars at this store, thinking that my first purchase was just a fluke but this is ridiculous. There’s clearly something going on at this store bc looking at the reviews (for plants, not flowers) this has happened to others. The monstera and philo are still holding on, if anyone has recommendations on how to save them. The monsters is getting dark spots and lost a leaf that turned yellow, the philo just keeps losing it’s leaves they turn yellow and fall off, and new sprouts turn crunchy and brown. Both have good water and light
