Order the crisp romance which has pet friendly flowers. Received a completely different bouquet filled with lilies. We called and they said they could switch it out for roses. He seemed irritated and rushed us out by handing us a bouquet of red roses with half of them turning black. All was OK until as we left he made a comment how he could have made $50 more dollars if he didn't give that to us. The bouquet we originally ordered was $95.

Ordered their "It's a Boy" bouquet for my daughter's first baby. Their website shows the "deluxe" but I elected to upgrade to the "premium" When my daughter sent me a photo I was so heartbroken. The number of flowers is nowhere near what is advertised nor the quality. They used the cheapest substitutions they had on hand. This florist should be embarrassed that this is what they send. One photo is from the website and the other what was delivered.
