Catherine was amazing! I had contacted several florist prior to being refereed to Simpson & Co. She was the first person that was pleasant, prompt and accommodating to our requests. I really wanted to like this, especially it’s for Valentines Day, but my honest review is I’m super disappointed, the flower arrangement was so random, didn’t match the quality or beauty we expected and paid for, can’t believe it’s done by a professional florist. **update**My intention in leaving review was to provide honest feedback. The pic speaks for itself. As a customer, our expectation is to receive a product that reflects the quality and standard advertised, regardless of the business size or workload. It’s unfortunate the blame is being shifted onto the customer, business size and your workload.

If you’re in the market for quality floral designs in the nyc metro this is barnone the only shop you’ll find with the knowledge and service of yesteryear - always offering the best advice - basically has done my job for me saving me time money and offering the piece of mind that seldom you can truly rely upon in my business.
