Ceiling on Women's Restroom leaking serious water and ceiling looked like it was going to come down! The Coffee was lukewarm at best and quickly grew cold. Wasted most of my coffee as I didn't want to drink it fast just to have it.
Cumberland Farms is the place where people get good vibes from the tastes of coffee, pizza and water.
Went to outlet to get something to eat at 11:45 pm. There were no hot dogs or anything on the rollers, there was one old piece of pizza. Pastry case almost empty and remaining pastries have been there for a while. This is a 24-hour store there should be something on the rollers for people who want to grab something to eat and fresh pastry! Not everyone works 9 to 5:00 some people work evening hours . Coffee pots were not full, almost empty, less than half full. I can understand if there was myself in the store but there were six other people there, so the place is busy most of the time. Only one person working! Someone needs to check with management and correct this! I used to love to come to Cumberland farms . I no longer do!
I waited on line to buy my things, it was quite a long line, I was next to check out and the cashier took it upon himself to completely over look me to help a lady who was doing lottery. Literally looked right at me and decided to help the lady behind me. I'm so sick and tired of this kind of treatment. Good to know I can wait on line like a decent person and be cut in line because the damn cashier felt he can do what he wanted. Absolutely zero respect. I'm all about having good customer service and this man showed absolute zero good customer service.
I would like to thank the employee Argy for always helping me in the mornings with preparing my hash browns 🤗 the way I like them. She always ask me how I'm doing every time I step in Cumberland farms.. Argy you let me know daily that there are good people still in this world..stay sweet and kind as you are. I wish you the best. Tara I would like to add that the young lady Amanda who works in the morning always provides excellent help and customer service she really goes over and beyond to make sure that my hash browns are cooked the way I like them..
