Great experience. My favorite cashier in the whole world (the former cashier of Big Lots on North Plank) is now a member of the Price Chopper/Market 32 team. Had a busy and stressful day, but the high spirits of the cashier lifted my mood and made my day a bit better.
Great selection of products including niche brands and varieties of spices- I just wish some every day things didn’t get so crazy expensive! 😭 Also on a another positive note- the young guy at checkout named Michael I think? SUCH A FUN PERSONALITY!!!! Turned my late night shopping frown upside down. What a gem!
FLORAL - I used Market 32's floral department for centerpieces for my daughters Sweet 16. Monica was amazing! She discussed the options available, within our budget, showed my daughter some of the white flower options that could be "painted" blue, even grabbed 2 flowers and sprayed them 2 different blues, so she could choose the one she liked. I was expecting (and prepared) to get the flowers and create the centerpieces myself, but she said I could drop off the vases (mason jars) we had and she'll put them in there for me. I dropped off the mason jars the day before, and when I went to the pick tem up, there was a little confusion as the one who was putting the centerpieces together hadn't seen where Monica put my vases. :-) She said not a problem, and promptly transferred the flowers from their vases to mine. I highly recommend working with Monica and if I am in need of flowers in the future, will definitely return to her!
Two stars are strictly on prices. The store itself is nice, great bakery section and flower section but comparing the same product prices to other stores...wow. One particular product (I noticed) is 21.99 and ,in another store same product is 14.75. Quite the difference. I've also never had so many problems at self checkout like in this store.
