If I could give negative stars I would. I have used this florist happily for years. I ordered flowers for a funeral$300 they were gross and the card was wrong. ( previously I called to confirm card) . I called the florist, emailed and called again no response. Very surprising to me. It was embarrassing to see the state of flowers sent to Nolan’s. Nolan’s should not recommend- and due to lack of a response or any semblance of customer service- DO NOT UTILIZE THIS TERRIBLE FLORIST - they had every opportunity to make it right and they didn’t. .
We were disappointed and embarrassed. This arrangement from The Flower Basket was for a wake from several friends of the deceased and they were shaking their heads in disbelief when they saw your arrangement. The charge for this was $140 +tax+delivery (which by the way was across the street) It looks like the bouquet was purchased at a supermarket for around $20 and thrown in a vase or perhaps the bouquet was even recycled. Either way, it was not even close to being worth it. I guess it must be my own stupidity to think that the bouquet would look similar to what is on The Flower Basket website and as described in person by your staff. Never again! BTW, I even emailed them my concerns a few days ago and got absolutely no reply. No way to run a business. Avoid The Flower Basket at all costs.
