I’ve struggled with purchasing jewelry that was hypoallergenic my whole life. When i approached the jewelry section to purchase new hoops I was worried i’d find myself in two weeks with green marks and breaking out in hives. Thanks to the incredible knowledge of Stuart I am confident I won’t be running into these problems anymore ! Fantastic product knowledge and was able to educate me on how companies word the materials used. I am beyond words with how much energy and awareness Stuart had the entire experience ! Thank you so much again

This JCPenney is always immaculate; things are easy to find. There's always a big sale, so you never pay full price for anything. They even have a Sephora in-store. I love their fashion-, costume-, and fine-jewelry section!

It was not only wonderful to visit the store once again after working there years ago. But for thanksgiving i was able tp pick up matching dresses for my daughter and her cousin. They were so beautiful and were true to size with a good fit for not trying them on. So happy with their products and to know that the store employees take such good care of the walkways and the racks makes me a satisified customer. Thanks again JCPENNY for going out of your way to serve your customers. Also a wonderful plus to have Sephora in there, my mom loves that store.

I went to take advantage of the black Friday deals at the Queensbury NY location not really knowing what I might be getting myself into with a full parking lot at 7am. The deals were great as advertised, but I am choosing to write this review based on customer service. Every single employee I came across was extremely...well awesome to be honest!! Very friendly, patient, helpful and great spirited. Thank you for the great customer service on what can be trying day for retail employees. I don't remember her name but my cashier was # 963 and everyone is that whole checkout area was great.

Engagement ring sadness.. * 12/27/24 I dropped off my Christmas present, a new engagement ring. Absolutely gorgeous! To get sized & dipped/rhodium plated. (Was told 3/4 weeks to get it back.) * 1/17/24 I called & asked if it was in. Was told “sorry not yet”. * 1/24/25 My husband calls to see if it’s in. Was told “no not yet.” * 1/27/25 -I called & was told. It was just sent out. It’s still a size 7 & gold. It’s been sitting at the store since 12/27/24. Never sent out. * 1/27/25 -told it’s gonna be 3/4weeks * 2/14/25 - called was told my ring came back in & was sized but not dipped/ rhodium plated. So they sent it back out as a “rush order”. My ring at this point has been gone for 50 days. * 2/16/25- still waiting on call my ring is in and correct from request on 12/27/24. I know I will eventually get my ring. Hopefully this year! But this is so wrong, especially with new customer that was talked into opening a store card.I feel like we should get more than just a “sorry”. Just saying JCPenney. Queensbury NY
