I cannot recommend Swan Street Florist highly enough. Not only are the arrangements I ordered absolutely gorgeous, but Amy was incredible to work with. Her attention to detail and desire to make your floral dreams come true are unmatched! Not to mention she’s just the kindest, sweetest person! Absolutely 10/10, don’t go anywhere else, Swan Street Florist is it!!!
I ordered two corsages for my sons’ homecoming dates, and I was very disappointed with the quality. The white roses had a yellow tint, and the other flowers were wilted and torn. Glitter was sprayed on to try to cover up how poor of shape they were in. Unfortunately, they’re the only florist in town, so many people feel stuck giving them business. After talking with other moms, I learned several of them were also unhappy with their corsages and boutonnières. One even had to take hers to another florist to have it redone. I’ll gladly drive an hour next time before ordering from here again.
I found Swan St Florist through a recommendation from a Holiday Valley event planner in Ellicottville. Brooke was extremely communicative and quick to answer. She accommodated additions (i.e. we ended up wanting a communion table arrangement at the front of the church - gave Swan St around 6 weeks advanced notice and they made a gorgeous arrangement). I loved the bridal & bridesmaids bouquets and groosmen boutonnières - they all looked fantastic with my neutral color scheme / vision. One caution is that for the "trial" I was hoping to get a mock up of the full greenery garland that we'd discussed, but unfortunately I did not see an example. I advise to discuss exactly what you will be seeing at the trial appointment so you are all on the same page. The garland as the center pieces for our tables was more loose / not very full. The tables still ended up looking beautiful once the settings were around the greenery, but the garlands are the main contributing factor to why I can only give 4 stars. I also think there was some miscommunication between the florist and my coordinator - I was not aware of any of the issues day of (staying off my phone / away from the details as the bride), but everything worked out in the end. I think Swan Street does a good job for the price point (affordable compared with other florists I looked at) and I would recommend using them for your wedding / events!
Swan Street Florists just did my wedding this weekend and I couldn’t be happier! They took my vision and were able to interpret it from my inspiration photos and the zoom meetings we had and were able to make recommendations on what florals were in season, would fit my vision and work within my budget. They created my bouquet, center pieces, boutonnières and created a beautiful floral arch.My florals were delivered and set up the morning of my wedding taking all of that stress away.
