Cumberland Farms

The Cumby’s near me had a freezer malfunction, had to drive waaayyyyyy out of my way to get to you guys. It was worth it. Was very happy to see your freezer was working and I almost bought some Superman comics on the way out. Had to get back home, wife wanted those Toll House ice cream sandwiches.

Nothings worse than when you rush to a place to get there before they close to find them standing inside , door locked and pretending not to see you cause they locked the door ten minutes early. Which I don't even understand because what's the latest you're going to have to be here till 12:01 because you have to ring somebody else out it's not like you're a waitress or a waiter and you have to stay there an extra 40 minutes or more while they eat but I guess it's asking you to do your job and stay open till midnight is too much I could never expect you to be there till 12:01

Let me start out by saying this place should be given 5 stars but lately it has been lacking. I will list pros and cons as to why I am currently giving this place 2 stars. This location for starters is beautiful. It was definitely designed for coffee and food ordering. I wish more locations were renovated like this. Pros: great location, staff is (mostly) friendly, there is an older woman who works either the morning or afternoon shift and she is very customer service oriented and extremely polite and cheerful (she is why I am giving this location 2 stars). Cons: They either don’t have enough staff or the staff is off doing who knows what. There should be more payroll put into this location to keep up with the needs of the business and if they have the payroll the staff needs to be retrained or start over. Coffee is huge here. There are almost never any cups stocked (especially large). It is also a guessing game as to which sugar dispenser actually has anything to dispense as you walk around in circles. They don’t tend to refill the cappuccino machine in a timely manner and I’ve seen several instances where there has been no milk or cream and customers are patiently waiting to find someone for help. As of today, I waited in a line that wrapped around the corner. The older nice lady rang the bell for assistance with ringing and no one came to help her. I faintly heard an associate say “what do you need!?” When she rang the bell. She needed help. But this lady kept calm and was very respectful and polite when I finally cashed out. Cumberland farms: either up your game before this location goes downhill because this space is a goldmine for your business.

Another day cappuccino's out but I got to sit and see large metal carts full of gallons of milk other dairy products huge bags of food getting thrown in the dumpster so I guess they were busy with an empty parking lot And the hot bar doesn't look good at all. Old and empty Same lady with red hair but a different day 🤷‍♀️

I usually am a raving fan of Cumberland farms but as of lately things have gotten worse and worse. Had an issue today where the gas pump stopped Midway and both attendance treated me poorly when I explained that all I wanted to do was keep fueling. 10 minutes later I finally have my gas pumps but I shouldn't have to be late for appointments over something that easily could have been fixed.
