Randi was very easy to work with. She was attentive, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. We were happy with the quality of the flowers and the arrangement itself. She listened and offered fair prices. They rented us the vases, delivered early, and picked the vases up themselves. She even gave us votives to complete the look.

I was recently married at Hall of Springs in Saratoga, and Petals & Hearts Boutique did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding flowers! Pricing is very fair in comparison to other local florists. The owner Randi was wonderful to work with— she is such a sweetheart, communication was easy, and she was helpful and reliable throughout the entire process. Randi understood my vision and has a tasteful eye for design, so all of the details and “finishing touches” came together perfectly. Randi made our wedding dreams come true! From the beginning of our first meeting, she was sweet, professional, organized, and took time to really get a feel for what we wanted to do. I had an idea of how I wanted my flowers to look like, Randi knew exactly what I was looking for and made it happen! I loved how communicative she was, as I never felt left in the dark. Just days before the wedding, she would personally message me pictures and video updates of all the bouquets and flower arrangements! This helped relieve a lot of stress for me. Randi was recommended to me by a friend that was working with her for her upcoming wedding. From the moment I met Randi, I could tell she was exactly the florist I needed! I am by no means an expert in that field, and showed up with just a few inspiration photos and vaguely described my vision to her. She kept in contact the 9 months leading up to the big day. She was extremely responsive when I had questions about types of vases I needed etc. Not to mention just an absolute angel and so easy to talk to. The day of the wedding - she had been there for over an hour setting up before I even realized she had arrived. She got straight to work and when I came to check it all out I nearly cried! It was all so gorgeous and better than I could have ever imagined. The bouquets were STUNNING - she nailed it in every aspect. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
