Flowers by Randolph has been my florist of choice for over twenty years. I once took two arrangements to Utica for a restaurant grand opening. After that the owner of that restaurant came to Schenectady when he needed special arrangements. Baby, birthday, wedding, funeral, get well soon or any other occasion they have never disappointed. I work with them in a regular basis, consistently solid work. They have saved the day on last minute orders and fixing arrangements they did not make.
I don’t know what is wrong with the short squatty bald guy (owner?) and why he feels the need to be rude to everyone that walks into his store, but he needs to chill out. The flowers are not high quality and died within a day. They show up looking frozen (probably from carelessly sitting in his car) and half dead. For having such a terrible disposition with customers at least offer a good product.
Flowers by Randolph was so great to work with!! I live in CA & was sending flowers to my step-mom for my parent’s anniversary & it’s the first one that they are apart on the day due her helping family out on the East Coast. I still wanted to make her day special by sending flowers but was hesitant because when I’ve used flower services in the past they typically come out less than what I was expecting by what the picture shows online. But Debbie at the shop contacted me directly & there were a few flowers not in season so she used her amazing vision & customized the bouquet as needed & it still came out looking great! My step-mom sent me this picture the same day she got the flower arrangement & loved them. I definitely recommend them, thank you Debbie & crew at the flower shop!
