I always rave about Price Chopper‘s fried chicken. I always say it’s better than Kentucky fried which it is usually today. I purchased it and brought it home and ate it an hour later the coding on it was so bad you couldn’t even bite into it. it was terrible. I don’t know if they set a timer for cooking this chicken or they wait till whatever but this time it was terrible. I think I’m checking out on buying this again
I take someone from our church to get groceries there. He uses an MVP Nations Benefits card and for the last couple of months it has worked every time. However, yesterday (8/18) it did not. He was extremely frustrated at the financial embarrassment and had to scramble to get a method of payment to buy his groceries. I went to the customer service desk to let them know of the problem. The woman that was working there apologized, which was nice, however it was clear that she felt powerless to do anything. A big operation like M32 must have folks that set this method of payment up and could look into why the transaction failed and get back to us. Please make sure your employees feel like they are empowered to bring these easily verifiable problems up to management.
All within one week and three different shopping experiences I was sold Mac & cheese that has mold on it (not even a sorry from staff), was sold and open contaminated jar jelly (again stuff didn’t care in the slightest for me making multiple trips do to their products being unsafe and not meeting serve safe standards or food safety standards), finally was sold salad mix that was brown and dripping. So needless to say terrible experience and very unhappy with how it was handled. They do not F.I.F.O (first in first out) that is clear and are fine with selling disgusting unsafe products. Went back and look what I found in the bread section. Yum yum this store is mold city apparently.
Bakery customer service needs to improve. She was so rude and unprofessional.
Amazing place.. coming from all the way in queens, bought some lobster for 5.99lb Payed 50 and change for 5 decent size lobster to take back to queens... very organized easy to find stuff.. would definitely come back.
