Hands down the best grocery store in Bethlehem. Not sure why they got rid of the Price Chopper name but great that they’re keeping winter tradition with these mysterious white mounds in the parking lot

I have NEVER in my life seen such poor management from this store. John is apparently the “manager” and he is such an unprofessional person in charge that i have ever dealt with in my life. HANGING UP due to a small conversation i was having? That is crazy. Absolutely crazy. Management should face the same consequences as they do their employees. John should not even be in management. He should be sweeping the floors. Ridiculous.
Whose idea is that you stand on street where cars go so you can check and grab a Christmas tree.? But put them deeper in so I can check them and not be worried about driving cars constantly… that smart guy who figured out do this way probably not that smart… everyone who will come to store will see them anyway and if they will want they will get them… just saying
Ordered 2 large sub platters, large fruit and veggies, cheese platter, cookie and brownie platter. Called the day prior to confirm, told everything was all set. The day of pick up, we’re missing the fruit and dessert platters. Drove 30 minutes back to the store and told they did not have the brownie platter on their order form, however it was on the order form they provided us with the first round of platters. Very disappointing!
