I had gone into the store last week and was assisted by Judd. He was so very helpful finding the correct parts to repair a pump for a slop sink. He is very knowledgeable and I must admit refreshing to see someone who knows how to assist a customer. Thanks again Judd.
Prices are comparably high, but I'm very grateful for it's convenience because the nearest hardware stores are Lowes and HD which are pretty far away. Occasional has good member reward discounts.
I ordered 3 yards of soil and when I got home, it’s one loader bucket. Owner says they personally loaded it and it’s 3 yards. I was robbed of 2 yards. $187 worth of top soil that took 45 minutes to move
Knowledgeable staff that is easily available to answer questions. Good selection. Very convenient compared to a big box store. Nearly always has what I need for DYI projects and repairs. Many seasonal items too in front of the store and in the main isle.
Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. I brought in my EGO string trimmer and the service dept. quickly identified the problem and offered a solution. Before bringing it to them a different hardware store tried unsuccessfully for 5 weeks before giving up.
