This is wayyy overdue as we had a family emergency that has prolonged for several months. But I just want to give a special thank you to Erin who made our wedding day so spectacular! Our theme was Hawaiian “Lilo & Stitch”/ Star Wars and Erin went over the top to make our envision a reality. Her usage of the floating centerpieces, with monsteras and rose petals was over the top and I can’t thank her and the team at Clark’s for setting the bar so high in professionalism and affordability. I know Erin will go far and I just want to thank her so much for executing our vision!
Update*** I was contacted by the owner of the store regarding the order. She was sincerely apologetic and understanding of the situation. She had offered me a full refund and even told me she would be happy to do an arrangement free of charge for my sister’s upcoming birthday, I would like to say thank you to this local business for fixing this misunderstanding. Ordered an arrangement for my sisters 7 year memorial service (reference photo was provided to the women who took my order) upon pick up the arrangement was not what I ordered at ALL ! it looked nothing like the reference photo provided. To spend 150 dollars on an arrangement for it not to be what i ordered... Contacted the store and was told i’d be given a partial refund. Can you imagine putting this special piece of today in their hands for the second year & getting let down like this. When I arrived to the store to pick up the partial refund ($50) the women at the front desk told me “we didn’t have the flowers you asked for so the designer made the arrangement as best as he could, we thought it looked beautiful” they did not call me to tell me this news they choose to do whatever they thought would look best… is that how it’s done now ? i pay for something and they do whatever they feel like ?? && to top it off the women who had my reference photo was off that day & did not leave anyone the photo!!!!!!! Just wanted to leave this here, hopefully no one else has to go through this. Do NOT leave your trust in this store !
Clark’s house of flowers has amazing customer service and absolutely gorgeous arrangements. I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to a wake for a dear young friend the same day, and they did a wonderful job. Thank you for providing beautiful flowers for both celebratory and sorrowful times.
Discovering my local florist was closed on a Sunday was unexpected, but luckily Clark's was a short drive away and open for business. The yellow roses I ordered for my daughter a week ago are still thriving and in full bloom, a testament to Clark's dedication to quality work and florals. Thank you!
