The flowers don’t look anything like the image on the site, i understand that $60 is on the more affordable end for flowers but these are the cheapest ones, they are carnations, the fillers aren’t the same either, i understand substituting but leather leaf, really? the stems were 3 inches long and balancing on each other. do you expect me to refill the water every couple hours? the alstroemeria was completely faded. the carnations were snapped at the bulb and it’s not full at all. there wasn’t even an attempt to replicate the image. called the delivery service and they offered 15$.

-Knowledgeable staff -wide variety of plants -reasonable pricing The team were very accommodating when a friend and I stopped in to prep for a birthday celebration. I left very satisfied and they even gift wrapped my presents for good measure. This will be my main floral stop for the NYC area moving forward.

Beautiful arrangement and exceptional customer service. As I live in NC now, my parents are in Staten Island, having a reliable florist to make sure they have flowers for all the special occasions is such a blessing..

Update: 12/30/2024 : So unfortunately it seems like only Megan is able to put care and passion into constructing the bouquets. This time Salvador helped make my bouquets and he did such a passionless job at it, where he simply tied things together without even trying to make it look nice. The ribbon, as you can see, was jumbled together like a 5 year old did it and the overall bouquet looks so bland and heartless. Salvador's nonchalant attitude and low effort detracts from the high quality and elegant experience that I had last time at Grapevine. Salvador didn't even ask to see if I liked the construction or asked for my opinion of how he assembled it, he just tied everything together effortlessly and said "here you go" and left, with no consideration whatsoever about the shopper's preference. If you have to come here, ask for Megan who is only here on Sunday or ask for some other staff, just please don't use Salvador else you'll waste your time and money on a poor quality bouquet. The nice looking bouquet in the picture was made from Megan, and the horrible looking bow was made from Salvador. Older post: Megan was so friendly, kind, professional, and extremely easy to talk to and collaborate with! She puts a lot of care and consideration into making the best bouquet possible tailored to our liking and our budget! She did such an amazing job on meeting our needs and we will definitely be back in the future for our flowery needs! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

UPDATED: I had ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for pickup. The flowers were pretty, but were not fresh and not the color scheme I ordered. The flowers began wilting quickly, and I was really disappointed. After reaching out to Dana and Grapevine Garden & Florist, they were able to help me resolve the issue. The second bouquet is beautiful, my mom is very pleased. Thank you for resolving the issue and I’m looking forward to ordering again in the future.
