Their customer service is over the top. I'm out of state and they followed up with a photo of the arrangement that was placed graveside. Piece of art! Definitely use this florist.

Workers are rude and careless. I spent a large amount of money there on Christmas blanket and paid a delivery fee to have it put down. Imagine my pure surprise and disappointment to go and find it dangling upside down by 1 stake. When I went to get more stakes to put it back down myself I was told people steal the stakes all the time. I go to the cemetery everyday. I have never seen anyone stealing anything. Let’s be real no one stole it. It was never secured properly.
