St Agnes Florist

My family has always used St Agnes Florists and over the years I had tried other florists with no luck. Then I remembered St Agnes Florists and boy am I glad I did. These flowers were more than beautiful. The price was reasonable and the quality was beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly and eager to meet my request too. I will never go anywhere else. My Daughter and Granddaughter can’t stop commenting how pretty they are! Thank you St Agnes

Very disappointed with their arrangement. The flowers I ordered were not close to what I received. I paid for a premium package and received an arrangement that was not as full and was not even decorated with the same flowers or ribbon as the picture. I understand that its winter and they may not have every flower in stock and to their credit they disclose this on their website. But I am surprised that a florist would run out of roses of all things. Also a heads up on the alterations would have been nice. I bought these flowers for my girlfriends birthday. This was suppose to be a surprise, because I never trusted the price you pay for hand delivered flowers. Over a hundred dollars later I now know why. I will say their customer service was very friendly and delivered the flowers in a timely matter. They also offered to refund the delivery fee, which is appreciated. They mentioned that they used different flowers that matched the value, which fine, that's a justification. But appearance wise it lacked. This may be commonplace but it has turned me off to using a florist in the future. I have posted pictures of what I ordered and what I received so others are at least aware of what they may experience. Edit: I ordered the “Teleflora Enchanted Cottage Premium” package. The company did leave a reply.

I had an easy time ordering through the shop and the gorgeous bouquet was delivered right on time! They were super accommodating in the delivery process and I cannot say how beautiful the arrangement truly is!!

I called St. Agnes to order 3 arrangements for calling hours for a funeral. I was told they didn't have enough flowers to do all, so I wanted them to do the one that was the most special to me. When I ordered them, they were to be delivered 10/18/25. When I came to the calling hours, I received notification from them that they were delivered. I called them to alert them they were not delivered and confirmed this with the funeral home. St Agnes was closed, and I needed to call back on a Monday. When I called Monday to speak with the manager, she seemed very agitated and told me that they will refund me the money. I expressed how disappointment I was because it meant a lot to me to have these flower's present. I asked to speak with the owner and for her number and she stated she will give her my number and they will give me a call. When I received a call back it was the owner secretary and again, I asked for the owner to give me a call. It has been 2 weeks later and never received a call back. I am very disappointed in their attitude and their service. I ordered from 1-800-flowers the other 2 arrangements that they said they couldn't do and they were both delivered as promised for the other calling hours to the same funeral home and had no issues and they were beautiful. You have lost my business as you can't even carry out with what I ordered and expressed how much it meant to me and wanted it to be special. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!!!!!

Changing my review to a 4 star due to the florist delivering a bigger bouquet this morning. I do want to note that when I went back on the website to see the images of the standard, deluxe, and premium bouquets, it seems the first bouquet was probably more of a standard size. I would hope that in the future this flower shop will be more consistent in matching the sizes of bouquets to what was ordered. Thank you for fixing the mistake. So disappointed in this bouquet my mom was just delivered. I actually want to cry just looking at these pictures. I know this florist has made great bouquets in the past because I read the reviews. So I’m not sure what happened here. Last year I ordered a similar bouquet from another florist and I just got the basic one and it looked A LOT better than this one. I decided to splurge and get the “premium”. As you can see in the pictures it doesn’t look AT ALL like the one online. Now don’t go telling me that I’m not guaranteed the exact same bouquet. I realize that. I wasn’t expecting the same exact bouquet. But at least it should’ve contained a similar quantity of flowers and had been a FULL vase, not having gaps in between and half of it being greenery. On your email you say you guarantee the freshest flowers and the best selection? Really? This is your best? The roses are wilting. Honestly I could’ve bought a better selection at Wegmans for half the price. Unfortunately I don’t live in town and wanted to surprise my mom. Won’t be making that mistake again. Extremely disappointed and would advise people not to order from this shop.
