Ordered from from you flowers and found a beautiful flower arrangement for my mom who just had surgery. Flowers were delivered and I was excited to see pictures of them and boy were they ugly. They were not what I ordered at all. I understand if you don't have a particular flower, it has to be adjusted to something that you do have so okay fine, but call the person who ordered them please if you can. I'm expecting this big beautiful,colorful, happy bouquet of flowers and they were awful. I'm really disappointed in them and the price that I paid. Sucks my mom will have to come home from the hospital to these instead of the beautiful arrangement that was ordered.
