If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely worst place in that entire town. No help from any of the staff, when you can find them. Stay away, use Washingtonville pharmacy. More organized and knowledgeable staff
Wow, I’ve been coming here every month for over two years to get my medicine, and this is the first time I’ve come close to closing time. The person at the pharmacy is the kindest and most attentive I’ve ever seen. Thank you for your warmth and patience.
The new tablet sign-in system at this CVS is awful. The screen isn’t responsive, so you have to keep re-entering info, which backs up the line. It’s especially hard for seniors. The “barcode in the app” option doesn’t work because this area has no cell service. Touching the same tablet everyone uses also feels unhygienic. Picking up for a spouse also, means going through the whole process twice. My family and I are now considering switching to another pharmacy with more personal service.
Today I received my shingles shot at this CVS and it was quick and easy. The pharmacist was well informed and very kind. I’m not afraid to go back for another vaccine.
Everytime I come here for a prescription, theres always an issue. Everytime the doctor sends prescription, they never fill the prescription on time. This place is ridiculous
