Macy's at Palisades Mall has been a staple in my shopping routine for years, and it consistently earns a five-star rating from me. Great selection and great deals, it's the consistent experience. The store is always well-organized, making it easy to navigate, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I've found everything from designer clothes and shoes to home goods and cosmetics, all under one roof. The sales are always worth checking out, and the quality of the merchandise is top-notch. What truly sets this Macy's apart is the consistent, pleasant atmosphere. It’s a reliable destination, and I know I can always find what I need. The convenience of having it in the Palisades Mall makes it even better. If you're looking for a department store that delivers on selection, service, and a great shopping experience, Macy's at Palisades Mall is the place to go. It's been my go-to for years, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I've always found Macy's a reliable excellent retailer which backs up their merchandise. Their prices are always fair. Easy to make exchanges or get credit if not happy with product. I often get family gifts, watches and jewelry here. Bought my Bulova watch here years ago (still ticking). Staff always personable and helpful. Never had a problem w Macy's in 50 years. Their 34th street store ( largest store in the world) is best place to shop. Menswear is excellent with frequent sales. Women really love their perfume dept. Great place to shop for all purposes. Love Macy's. Really.

I just had a very disappointing experience with this location about five minutes ago. I called to place an order for a Coach bag, and the associate in the handbag department was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. She informed me that I must use a Macy’s card to place the order. I shop at Macy’s frequently and have placed many orders before without ever being told this was required. I completely understand that different locations may have different policies, and I respect that. However, the way this was communicated to me was unacceptable. When I politely asked for clarification, her tone was harsh, dismissive, and unpleasant. There is never a reason to speak to a customer in a rude manner. This interaction left me very upset. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.”

Looking for work sweats to wear at college weekend for granddaughter store was clean and well stocked. Surprised that several employees asked if we needed help. Usually never get asked. Didn't find for me but my husband found a nice short sleeve shirt on sale!!!

Wonderful experience at this Macy's at palisades mall NY. The saleswoman in the store were wonderful and very helpful. Lots of great offers and sales in the store in the month of march. Last act and Backstage Deals are the best - must check them out. They carry all major designer brands and Great in-house collections of different brands which are way cheaper.
