Nordstrom Rack

I used Buy Online, Pick Up In Store specifically for convenience and speed, but at the White Plains location that convenience is gone. They no longer offer a separate line for online pickup, so I was forced to wait behind about 20 people who were checking out. If I wanted to stand in a long line, I wouldn’t have placed an online order in the first place. This defeats the entire purpose of BOPIS and was very disappointing.

This location has a crazy amount of variety ranging from clothes, shoes, accessories, you name it. I always end up finding something great for super cheap prices and the discounts are amazing. Definitely one of the best places around if you love a good deal. The only downside is that the cashiers can be pretty slow, so it usually takes a while to get through the line. Other than that, it’s totally worth the trip!

For my first experience on 11/18/2025 between 4-5pm it was both helpful but very poor customer service. I addressed a sales person on the store inquiring about a coat i was looking for but couldn't find the size available. After talking about it they assumed they knew the sizes of the coat brand, and was in correct because i did online research. After asking what size I tried on they made a rude comment by saying to not even waste my time on trying/ finding the other size it wont work. I was then told they will look in the stock room, and after searching for the person they completely forgot about helping me. I then asked another worker who told me the person was the manager. That worker then ended up helping me while ringing being cashier by going into the system and find the coat for me and how i can pickup or deliver. I was really trying to find the size before i bought it but yea the manager was very rude, i wish they would promote the sales lady she has better customer service and is more professional and handled the situation the manager caused.

Have been a big Rack fan for years. Has been several years since I walked into this particular one and I was shocked at the change. Looks more like a “Last Chance”. Stuff lying around all over the place. Sizes are not organized except in the shoe dept. At least 20 people in line. With 3 cashiers. Next time I will pay the $10 to return my items instead of lining up here and paying for parking. I am never coming back. Oh - and the restrooms are even closed? Is it a plumbing issue or for security?

I love the Rack. I hate this store. the clothing racks are a mess, totally disorganized, none of the sizes are where they're supposed to be, which makes shopping impossible, and the checkout lines are INSANE. took me an hour to checkout today. they need to hire more (efficient) cashiers
