Claire was very professional, informative and extremely patient with me. She was honest with feedback and made sure I didn't leave the store feeling unsure about purchase. She very personable and not pushy in the ways that sales associates can be. 10/10 recommend. If you are looking for help on the women's floor ask for Claire, you be disappointed!!

I went to get an item tailored that I bought from jcrew online. The tailor was very knowledgeable and recommended something I had not even considered to make the dress fit better and wear better. Totally worth the fee for what will be done. Customer Service was good.

Yesterday I visited the store with the intention of buying a gift for a friend of my daughter. Unfortunately, my experience in the area of perfumery and cosmetics was extremely disappointing. In the fragrance section, two employees - one sitting and one standing - completely ignored me even though I passed in front of them on two occasions waiting for some attention. When I went to the makeup area, the situation did not improve: the staff present showed an apathetic and distant attitude. They seemed to be more focused on their own conversation than on assisting customers. I was sad to perceive that the attention seemed to be conditioned on the physical aspect or the visual 'budget' of the customers, because I was not the only person ignored at that time. It's a shame, because in previous visits - usually during the week - I have been attended by older ladies who are a true example of professionalism; they offer delicate, friendly and unprejudiced attention. Nordstrom has always distinguished itself for its excellence in customer service, but experiences like this demonstrate a lack of warmth and respect that did not exist before. I hope you can resume the standards of attention that used to define this store.

I recently had the best experience with Jay at the Dior counter. I had questions regarding eye cream and my eczema. Jay’s vibe was what made me feel so comfortable. Like a friend I knew for years. He was patient and honest not to mention knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing one product from him. It’s been about 3 weeks and my eyes looks fresh and my eczema was not affected at all. Thank you so much Jay!

Had the pleasure of shopping today in the women’s shoe department and then the children’s shoe department! TJ the Assistant Manager was so professional and generous for honoring my coupon that was for online to purchase my shoes !! He gave no issue and actually thanked me for shopping !! I had such a great experience I continued to shop for my daughter! Jacqueline in children shoes was great! Purchased a pair of rainboots that my daughter loves and even ordered me a pair of sneakers for my daughter that were sold out in store! Great experience today! Kudos Nordstrom 👍
