Owners, Linda and Darlene, provided exemplary customer service when I called to place an order for my brother in law's funeral service. Their dedication to excellence in flower arranging, and attention to detail is only surpassed by their genuine friendly and caring demeanor. A big thank you to both for making a difficult time a little easier.
I called and ordered a $130 arrangement of white roses and yellow lilies, was told they were out of pink lilies. I paid $15 for same day delivery. When I received a photo of the arrangement received it was smaller than the photos online. The arrangement ordered was supposed to be two dozen roses and 6-8 lilies based on the online photo. My friend received less than one dozen roses and maybe two lilies. Photos below for reference. Edited: upgraded to three stars because they did try to get it there as quickly as possible on a busy day
Family owned business for over 60 years! The girls are absolutely stellar to work with. They made an exceptional bouquet for me and were so incredibly kind. Must visit if you are in need of a florist or stop in to see the vintage glassware and accessories!
