Floral delivery of yellow/blue heart arrived a day late after my sons funeral and wilted. Marc, the owner and delivery driver, got stuck in my driveway and tore up the gravel. All the items ordered for $300 did not arrive either. Refused to correct things when my sons friends who placed the order from out of state called to discuss a price adjustment. Definitely do NOT recommend this florist. Do better for families suffering tragedy. Update: Definitely you because I still have the business card attached to the arrangement.
My husband got me the most gorgeous and fragrant lilies from the extended garden florist. I told him this is the only florist I’d ever want flowers from again! If you love lilies (or any flower for that matter), get them here! Will absolutely use again and highly recommend!
Mark and his staff are amazing sweet people. He helped me out in a crunch and I couldn’t be more grateful and also amazing and beautiful work.
My February 4 2025 started off as my normal Tuesday work day until 10:15am my daughter calls to tell me she and her fiancé have decided to get married at 4:00 that afternoon and she’d like for me to come. Fast forward 30 minutes later and panic set in as to where I could get her a wedding bouquet. LISTEN! When I tell you Marc Austin came through… he made me a hero!! Do not sleep on this shop. I called and he gave me a confident “yes I can 100% get you something together”. I went to his shop. I gave him a vague idea of what I knew she would like to have and he went above and beyond. I’m less than 30 minutes I had a fresh, wildflower bouquet for my daughter and a little wildflower boutonnière for my future son in law. She LOVED her bouquet. I almost did not call Marc because I’ve never had luck finding anything last minute at other flower shops but his confidence and delivering in record time.. He is amazing! He is really an artist and has an eye for what looks good and what doesn’t. He’s honest and I left his shop feeling so much better because he took a moment to tell me how to keep it fresh until the wedding and packed the flowers so they could travel. Also it was decorated so beautifully for Valentine day!! Life time customer right here. Call him or go by. It’s worth it!!
