Please do not order from this person. He is advertising a storefront in Black Mountain that does not exist. It has been closed for almost 2 years. He has been taking money from people and they expect to pick up their flowers in a business that he has not occupied since March 2023.
This place is awesome! They did an amazing job with the flowers and helped me make my Fiancée's day special! 10/10 would recommend.
This is a scam!!!! We lost our dog and people tried to send us flowers. This business took their order and no flowers were ever delivered. I drove around to the listed addresses hoping to pick them up and they are boarded up places in both Marion and Black Mountain. Do not use!!!!! Google should take down this business and its addresses. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this business. Update: I don’t live off HWY 9. We live next to the blue ridge assembly. And the addresses posted in Marion were the gambling place next to the Country Diner on 221BUS and 1002 Baldwin Ave behind the Sunoco on 70 which absolutely had boards up. I pulled those off Google and your website. So maybe correct the addresses there. As for Black Mountain, you had an empty place next to Blue Ridge Pet Supplies listed. Why so many addresses of empty places? Flowers should make someone’s day. Instead I found myself trying to advise my friends and family how to get in touch with you and driving to these places to try and pick up the bouquets when it said delivered and they weren’t days later. I’m sorry for my bad review, but it’s the truth. The first time I didn’t care. The second time this happened and we were mourning, made me write the review.
I would be extremely cautious before spending your money here and I certainly wish I had read reviews before I ordered flowers from Blue Ridge Florist. The short story: I ordered flowers. They were not delivered. My messages are being ignored and I have not had a refund. The longer story: I ordered flowers for my mother in law's birthday. She lives just outside of Black Mountain. I live in the UK but I regularly order gifts for family over there. After claiming to have accidentally overcharged me for delivery, Michael tells me he will refund my order onto my card and send a new invoice, which he did immediately. No problemo. He asks if I would like to call in with my card info or receive an email invoice to pay for the new order ($73.10). I opt for the email invoice (because I'm wary about giving card info over the phone) and pay immediately. So everything seems in place. 5 days later and my mother in law says no flowers have arrived. This is unusual and there is always somebody around at home. When I ask Michael he says he will check with the delivery driver because he's sure those flowers went out. Well, this is where all communication ceases. I hear NOTHING back. I have written repeatedly to ask for my $73.10 to be refunded and these emails have simply been ignored. I'm $73.10 out of pocket and my MIL has no birthday flowers. Well I suppose I can look forward to coming by in person when I'm next in Black Mountain and maybe you can refund me then Michael. Shockingly bad experience.

I don't think they're in business, but took my money through their online ordering system? Cancelling through my CC company now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE OR COMPANY as of Tues. 2/18/2025.
