I come from a family that owned a florist for many years & I myself am a designer. So I expect nothing but the best from the florists I use. Phillips is by far one of the TOP florists I have used in the past 2 years. My sister was thrilled with her arrangement. I can't thank the owner enough for his courtesy and professionalism. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and exceeded every expectation! I highly recommend Phillips for their top quality flowers & amazing customer service. Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a long, long time from a company. Called them late to place an order and they were able to fully accommodate us even though we missed all the deadlines. They went out of their way to make sure the arrangement was beautiful and that it arrived when we requested, on time. Being an out of state buyer, they could have easily brushed us off or sent an inferior product. (We have had that happen!!) But they didn't!! They treated us as though we were standing in their store placing the order and picking out the arrangement. I cannot strongly enough recommend this florist. By the way, they were the third florist we called. The first two would not help us. We are so glad they sent us away and we found Phillips!!!
The best florist around for sure. Prices are amazing. After 4 family funerals and a wedding coming up within the past 4 mos, I can't say enough good things about Keith. The arrangements were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted and everything was just perfect. Great friendly service and beautiful work.

I ordered around 1pm for a same day delivery, I was greeted enthusiastically on the phone with an exuberant yes that they could fill my order. My best friend was having a really rough day and needed to be cheered up. I gave no instructions just "designer's choice" and a budget. The delivery was quick and efficient with such a short notice order. The flowers were beautiful and cheery and they brightened her day just as I had hoped.
