I have never ordered funeral flowers in my life until I had to order them 2 weeks ago for my mother's funeral. My dad specifically asked me to call Roxy's florist the day my mother passed. We ordered a large funeral spray about $230 and requested that the ribbon have "Mother" written on it. The girl taking the order did not ask what names to put on the card and at the end of the call did not say anything like, "Sorry for your loss" or we send our condolences. When we arrived at the funeral home home, the hydrangeas in the arrangement were wilted and there was a large orange ribbon with NOTHING written on it. The card did not have my name, my siblings name or my dad's name on it. When I called Monday morning and spoke to the owner she just said it's a really busy time of year and offered a $10 refund the price of the ribbon. I was in shock and told her that was extremely insulting. Ordering flowers for your mother's funeral is not like ordering a poinsettia for your boss. Never again. Losing your mother is about the hardest thing you can go through .This was the last thing I could do to honor my mother and I failed by choosing the wrong florist.

I've had the best customer service experiences with Roxie's. I've ordered delivery in the past, and was so pleased that when my dad passed last year, I knew who to call, right away for the funeral floral arrangements. The young lady who helped us was very patient and kind. The arrangement they created from the flowers I chose was GORGEOUS! I wanted something masculine, and they turned out PERFECT! I intended to do a review then, but had so much going on, it escaped me. It's been almost a year, and my granddaughter's first school dance is coming up, and I want to buy her flowers or a corsage. I know EXACTLY who I'm calling.

I’ve been ordering flowers from Roxie’s for the better part of a decade and can say with confidence they are one of the most consistent and conscientious businesses in Burlington. Whenever I place an order, I know the blooms will be beautifully arranged, fresh, unstressed, and—with a little care—will last for days and days (our last bouquet still had some flowers 3 weeks later with regular stem trims and water changes!). Recently I placed an order that unfortunately didn’t arrive on time, but Roxie’s coordinated to get a replacement order out next-day and kept in contact so I knew what would be happening when. After many years of unparalleled service, it was a great comfort when a mistake did happen that they were proactive, responsive, and kind. Thank you, Roxie’s, for the extra-special attention and beauty you’ve added to so many of our holidays! (For more proof, check out the size of the blooms on one of our earlier orders! Feb.28th 2025: I have nothing but great things to say about Roxie’s Florist! This is the 3rd time I have now ordered from them and not a single complaint. I asked them to try and get this arrangement to my location for my fiancee before a certain time, in which they definitely had done so. I used to use a florist in Mebane for years, until it fell under new management and the quality of the flowers went downhill from there. Go to Roxies and you won’t be disappointed! Btw: if anyone is wondering, this is the Carol arrangement in the deluxe version 😎

This place is so special! My bridal bouquet was absolutely STUNNING! I know nothing about florals and had a few key things I wanted like size, structure, and flower type but had no idea how it would come together. This bouquet was a DREAM COME TRUE!!! This team was so kind and informative throughout the process. They made a bridal bouquet, boutonnière, and pinned corsage for my event on a weeks notice, took great attention to detail while meeting with me, and were great with their communication. You truly could never ask for better. I am forever grateful for their work and will cherish this memory forever! Thank you!!!!!
