When I was shopping all around the Charlotte area for flowers I needed for the first event I was hosting I came across Providence Florist and I knew right away that they were different. Not only was the service and communication outstanding but the flowers themselves were absolutely breathtaking!!! There's no place better in charlotte to get amazing flowers at an amazing price!!
Nothing compares to this place when it comes to customer service!! The sweet lady helped me out so much when I called for some last minute flowers after my wedding flowers from Sam’s came in the wrong color. She was so sweet and even gave us extra buckets to use for the florals we had already bought. On top of that, she told us the best way to preserve them so that they would look their best come wedding day! I highly recommend this place!!!!
Over 5 years now using Providence Florist, once you experience it , it will be your only go to florist you use. Sara, went above and beyond making sure a delivery was sent to someone special (it needed to be sent to a business which was gated and very difficult to deliver to). She even called me while on site and made sure it was delivered no matter what had to be done. I can’t say enough about this place I’ve had numerous outstanding experiences here since day 1. The arrangement, nothing short of spectacular, as always, and it is still talked about months later. The quality you get here is far above the rest. Highly recommend. Truly amazing ..thank you!!!!
