Thank you Ann’s Flower Shop for the beautiful flower arrangement! I ordered them for my mom’s birthday. They delivered on time and were arranged even better than expected!

I ordered flowers, late night, at 3am, to be delivered the following morning for my wife for our anniversary. I asked that they be delivered to our home as early as possible, and they did not disappoint! They had them at my front door by 11am. The flowers were beautifully arranged and very fresh and aromatic. Probably the best arrangement of flowers that I have gotten for my wife in this entire area. Even my wife was blown away at how beautiful, and fresh smelling the flowers were. I think I’ve found my new go to florist for future occasions! Thank you for coming through for me on such short notice! I will be sure to spread the word about the top tier quality that comes from here!

I am not one to leave a bad review but I was extremely disappointed this past weekend. I have been using Ann’s for years and I have always been extremely impressed by the work and the quality of the flowers. I ordered a pose bouquet for my daughter’s homecoming this past weekend, I wasn’t surprised when I was told $70 because I expected it to be amazing. Fast forward to picking it up Friday night, I was horrified. It was this huge bouquet, not a pose bouquet. I asked the young woman working if she could please remake it and I would come back and pick it up on Saturday morning. When I arrived Saturday to pick it up I was even more disappointed than the day before. I was given this tiny bouquet that looked like there was no effort put into it. I requested white roses, baby’s breath, white flowers with a little pink and a green ribbon bc my daughter dress was hunter green. I got 3 pink roses, one white hydrangea that looked dead, no other white flowers and a pink ribbon. My daughter was heart broken and I paid $70 for something she didn’t even use bc it didn’t match her dress and wasn’t what she asked for. I will no longer be ordering from this store after this experience. I feel like I was taken advantage of and i honestly thought it was an easy request. For the cost of this bouquet I could have gone and bought flowers and made 5 different ones. Mind you I live in Lillington and I came down from there bc I’ve used Ann’s for years. I hope going forward this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Chrissy helped organize and put together my wedding bouquet and bridesmaid arrangements. She helped my vision come to life while working with my budget and I’m so happy that I trusted her to do so because the arrangements were spectacular!!! Highly highly recommend Ann’s flower shop!

On 26 Oct 2025, Ann delivered to me a beautiful surprise birthday flower arrangement. It was one of the prettiest arrangements that I've received. My best friend who lives in TX, said, she went found Ann's store on line. I've received many compliments from others who have seen the arrangement. I wasn't familiar with this business but I will surely use her in the future. I tried to insert a copy of the photo but was unsuccessful. I really wanted to share with everyone the essence ot the beauty that the arrangement encomcompassed.
