My Aunt passed away on Christmas day and due to my busy super busy schedule during that time, I overlooked the fact that I had not ordered flowers from my family for the service. I called a few days before the service which was the day before New Years and Michael's Florist was able to create a beautiful standing spray for the service which was the day after New Years. Tory Roberson was so professional and polite. Way to go Michael's. I highly recommend them!

The flowers Floral Designer Torrey(sp?) created for my relative whose husband just passed is so lovely. He took time on the phone to tell me of a unique rose he had in stock. This unique rose created some additional interest/uniqueness to the 24 rose arrangement. Service was highly professional and fast. After ordered on-line last night, they created it this morning; it’s 12:55 pm now, and it has already been delivered out in the country (a bit of a drive). Thank you so much Torrey(sp?).
