I live in CT and my daughter lives in NC. I called the Lenez Florist & Gift Inc to send the flowers to her for get well wishes. I couldn’t be happier. The flowers and arrangement are absolutely gorgeous.Their delivery was right on time. Everything about this florist is the top notch. Thanks for the great service. Received a lovely arrangement this morning, ordered by my folks from the other side of the country. I wasn't able to get to the door when they were delivered but the florist called to let me know they were left on porch. Very pleased with their service and the arrangement is beautiful! (LOVE LOVE LOVE that they used wax flower instead of baby's breath!!!) Gorgeous!
Im in florida friday morning and was in need of a sympathy arrangement to be delivered the next day in Hickory. Like many people I looked around online and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for probably because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to send. I found a basic design I liked but the wrong kind of flowers and colors. So with an idea in mind I started my search for a florist. Before I placed my order with Lanez florist I had the displeasure of calling a few other local florist. I was surprised when I called this shop. I was able to speak with Designer Sheila. I explained to her kind of what I was looking for. She took her time with me wasn't pushy and even looked online for what I was looking at. She asked a few questions and gave me a quote. The other shops asked for all my credit card information before they would give me a quote. I was more than satisfied with the price and actually ordered a dish garden to go with it. I was able to get both for less than what the other shops quoted me. And I also recieved excellent customer service. A great deal and being treated like a human these days are hard to come by and I absolutely appreciate it! Not only was I a difficult indecisive customer I wasn't completely sure where they should be delivered. But there was Sheila again to save the day, she made sure they got to the right place when they needed to be there. She also sent me pictures as I wont be there to see them. Not only are her arrangements beautifully designed they were exactly what I wanted although I really didnt know what I was looking for. She pays close attention to detail and it shows through her work. Shelia went above and beyond during this hard time and that's something she should be recognized for! I would recommend this florist to anybody looking for quality customer service and spectacular designs!
