So, I called this florist, because it was close to my aunt residence. I called and I didn't get the lady's name but she was very pleasant and advised me on the ordering process. She took the time to let me know that fresh flowers would be in the next day and she could proceed with my order then. Fast forward next day (today). Not only did she complete my order she sent me a text update picture and all. I was very pleased with the and her taking the time to ensure my order was satisfactory.
