First time ordering flowers from this florist. I had called other shops and they didn't make or order tropical flowers. All Occasions said they would. They did a great job! Shout out to Mackenzie and Trena! You both were amazing to work with and customer service is outstanding! They received some tropical flowers that were in really bad condition and they called me right away to see how I'd like them to proceed. They were communicating with me often as this was the day before the flowers were to be delivered. They were able to make the beautiful arrangement with what they were able to use! The creative and professionalism is amazing! Thank you for everything you did, my fiance love them!!

Reached out a week before my event to get a custom bouquet. I initially contacted them through their website inquiry and communicated over email. Agreed to a price, pick-up date, and floral arrangement. I was severely disappointed to show up the morning before Thanksgiving to be told they never submitted or prepared my order. They offered to put together something with what was available in the store, but it did not coordinate with the original colors or style that I had inquired about. I was left to run around Mooresville trying to find a florist who could fulfill a same-day order the day before Thanksgiving, and lost half a day of planning because of this mishap. If you are unable to fulfill requests over email, please inform people of that.
