Being the sort of person who gets acquainted with a company’s delivery policy/times/etc., before spending my money, I checked their site’s FAQ’s. So I made sure to order ahead of time and planned for a day when I knew my friend would be home. Her plans changed so I asked if I could come in and pick the order up and take it to her myself. The guy on the phone was friendly and said that they’ll just put the order aside for me. My one complaint is that this thing looked so darn good that it was heartbreaking to take it to someone else!!!
Much love to Michael . Not only was he friendly, but very professional and an all-around good guy definitely one of the best employees in the store edible arrangements. Give that man a raise that is how you conduct yourself and that is what you call customer service as long as you have him there you guys will have good business. If we had more people like him, the world would be a better place10/10 THANKS BIG MIKE YOU THE MANNNNNNN
I called this location on February 4th 2025 to place an order for a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries. I had previously ordered from this same location last year with no issues. I had never considered the fact that they sold flowers so I ask Michael if he knew someone in their zip code that I could order flowers from and he stated he could assist me with that order as well. I told Michael I wanted to add a dozen of assorted roses and a foil balloon. They delivered the chocolate covered strawberries but did not deliver my balloon or roses. My girlfriend sent me a picture of the strawberries and I ask her was that all. She said yes so I immediately called the store. I spoke with Michael and he told me let him contact the driver and he will call me back soon. Well a hour and a half past so I called him back. He was very apologetic and offered to send SOME FLOWERS as a courtesy. I told him never mind I just wanted my money back for the flowers that they did not deliver. I told him never mind because that part of her Valentines Day surprise was ruined. He sent SOME FLOWERS after I clearly asked him not to and I did not get my foiled balloon. Now Michael is trying to stall and act like he don’t remember our conversation from Friday. This guy has not one ounce of integrity and he is shady. I’m sure this store made thousands of dollars on that one day but don’t want to refund a customer his money after they made the mistake. I urge anyone PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION 6675 Falls of the Neuse rd location. I order a dozen of assorted roses and after they made their mistake they sent these after I told them to just refund my money for the roses I did not get and the foil balloon. Update Micheal wanted to refund my $7.99 but I will wait to post a copy of the credit card dispute as proof that this is proof of the lack of character and integrity Michael has. These people probably made thousands of dollars for Valentine’s Day but can’t refund a customer their money for a error THEY MADE.
I’ve never had a more disappointing time placing an order for a gift. After spending 15 minutes on the website fighting with it a received an error my order could not be placed due to limited funds, which was funny because the card was loaded specifically to buy this. After checking my bank account I seen a hold for $61. I contacted the company to see what could be done and the answer is absolutely nothing. I was told the order was declined due to no funds when I addressed this with the agent they informed me I need to contact my bank. Not knowing I had already done so and since the charge is in a pending state the bank recommended to reach out to the business. After that the only thing I was informed was to place an order again? Give you more of my money to hold in limbo idts. Other option wait 24 hrs and “hopefully” the money will be returned. Well 24 hours from now the birthday will be over and the service is no longer needed. I will be informing my friends and family to never purchase an edible arrangement for me going forward. It’s disgusting how quickly these business will take your money and how powerless they try to act when you want it back. I wish I could give 0 stars
First time here and they will be closing this location. Received a few free items. The guy was really nice and respectful. He gave me $5 off on this purchase.
