Shopping on Friday and spotted a lovely grouping of flowers. Called The Carolina Bouquet…thought so aptly named. The associate’s friendly personality added to the discovery.
Whole food is a grocery store. There are many branches of this store. I went to wade avenue branch. I like the products of this store. It is a little pricy but you buy only utmost important food items. Most all Whole food store has hot bar and cold bar and a cafeteria style sitting arangents +there are some booths like pizza etc selling foods so many customer comes with family members, eat & shop. This stir has almost A to Z everything. Fresh flowers, veggies, grits, dairy products,cooking stuff,cosmetics, the list goes on. This store has Amazon counter for quick service for Amazon. These are all plus points. What I don’t like is ‘space’. I feel it is conjugated compared to inverntory they have. Next to ‘Amezon” counter, there is cometic area which is quite lighted with good moving space. I feel one should visit this store Atleast once just to see and compare the products & price.
Whoever was working the Amazon return register until close on 11/17 displayed very unprofessional customer service. I arrived at 8:50 and waited behind an older gentleman who was having issues with his return. 10 minutes passed, and I was still waiting. The older gentleman finished returning his items and I finally reached the register, and the guy working said “sorry we close at 9:00”. I looked at the time on my phone and it was exactly 9:01. I would have understood if I had just arrived, but to have stood in line for 10 minutes and be turned down because it was a minute past was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
