Awful. They had one job on Valentine's Day, deliver the flowers. Made a $100+ online order a week before V-Day and on the day of, did not deliver. Spent all day calling their number (919 718-9889) which they didn't answer and don't have voicemail configured. Had to resort to chasing them down via FlowerShop Network that handles their online transactions for Petal Florist to even get back to me at 5:47pm on Valentines Day. They didn't have the flowers I ordered, they said they didn't get to my order because "they had a lot of orders". They asked me if I wanted to cancel. No, Petal Florist, I don't want to cancel my Valentines Day order, I want you to fulfill the service I paid for and deliver the flowers. I also had to remind them my order included chocolates and a balloon. They finally delivered my order at 7pm. Awesome. Oh and they forgot the balloon. One redeeming quality, the gentleman who delivered this package at 7pm was very sweet and I hope Petal Florist is taking care of him.

There are so many other local florist in the Sanford area DO NOT use Petals. They charge an outrageous amount of money for the smallest arrangements, they didn’t have the original flowers ordered, they also delivered it on the wrong day, and customer service wasn’t all that great either. I could have gotten a much bigger, prettier arrangement for a lot cheaper in Walmart. 5 Roses, not even 6, for $85?? Not worth it. So disappointed.

The flowers I got where nothing like what I ordered. I order the Touch of Bliss, which is full of bright/fun colors and what I got was a half arranged vase of red roses & white lillies. To make it worse, the person I was sending them to is allergic to lillies, so she can't even enjoy them after paid $80 for them. I wish they would have called if they didn't have the flowers to make what I ordered.
