I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I came from out of town for my son's wedding and needed to by baby's breath for some centerpieces. I called 4 florists who told me they couldn't help me but thank goodness I called Prairie Petals! Kimberly was so eager to help me and even offered space to assemble them at her shop! She and her staff were helpful, gracious and caring about my needs. AND her store is SO delightful and charming. What a wonderful hidden gem in Fargo ND!!!
I was SUPER impressed with the customer service. The owner clearly cares about their customers! The arrangement I had sent to my best friend for her birthday was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!!
Prairie Petals saved us. We had a fall-through with our flower plan for our wedding-like event. We needed 6 small bouquets for tables and a right-angle spray for our backdrop arbor. I called them at 530 pm the night before our event (less than 24 hours to event time!) And they took it! Their pricing was well below what we planned and we gave them a boat-load of flexibility (because we aren't picky and they also took our order last minute). We had eggplant purple,forest green, and black for our event colors and let me tell you they DELIVERED! The bouquets were stunning (we gave them 6 mason jars we wanted to use, too)! Elegant and creative, and a little spooky (just like me!) I can't brag enough of how fantastic they were to work with and the product they provided. We love supporting locally businesses and we are so happy we chose them! THANK YOU!!
I bought some cut flowers on a Thursday afternoon; roses and stargazer lilies and arranged them at home in my vase. It is now day 8 and the bouquet is on its last days but still beautiful and on display! Long lasting roses that opened beautifully. I will be doing more business with Prairie Petals.
Ordered online for an out of town delivery. Kimberly was so helpful setting the delivery up and even picked up cookies from bakehouse23 to deliver with the flowers. So thoughtful! Will definitely be a go to flower shop in fargo! Handmade card and pick are so cute
