Been using Colonial Flowers for years. Called earlier this week. Guy answered, told me he was busy at the moment, could he call me back. Sure. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So I have set up an account with another florist. Apparently they don't need your business or just don't care.
If you ever need flowers in Akron (Summit County), Colonial Florist is your place! Everyone we spoke to was amazing! We sent one picture of a lantern w/flowers we wanted to send for a funeral. Colonial exceeded our expectations! There were also plenty of other flower arrangements at the funeral from Colonial...gorgeous!
Ordered flowers for a funeral, short notice over a holiday weekend, wasn't sure if they would be able to fill my online order with such short notice. The flowers were gorgeous and delivered before the morning memorial service! Very happy, highly recommend! The price of the flowers and delivery were very reasonable, as well.

They had everything fresh and in stock to send the arrangement that I wanted, and were even able to accommodate the "tweak" to the arrangement that I requested.
