I sent my daughter who is a teacher flowers from Aurora’s Florist Country Owl and they were beautiful! They also lasted forever! The florist also made sure that the flowers were delivered on time to the school! Very prompt! She was also very professional in our conversation! She reassured me that they would be able to get in the school for the delivery because I was concerned about that! The flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Be forewarned, the owner, Monica is rude, condescending and her products are cheaply made and die within a day! I witnessed her be completely down right nasty and racist to a black race customer, who she was arguing and screaming with in her store in front of other customers...awkward! I picked up some flowers for a special event. They were wilted, and honestly, not worth $1.00, but she had the nerve to overcharge me and drop an attitude when I brought to her attention that the bouquet was short 3 white roses. I didn't have time to deal with this childish, temperamental, irrational owner. I paid her over inflated price, took them outside and randomly gave them to someone for free. I made the drive to Whole Foods and bough amazing flowers for a fraction of the price, awesome customer service and they lasted for weeks! NEVER support this small business! The reviews about her attitude are spot on! Over priced junk with a serious attitude issue. She is a joke...grow up and do better before you shut down soon!

In an unfortunate event my fathers last sibling passed away and was buried on my fathers birthday. Since the funeral was short and I live multiple states away, I decided to send the sympathy flowers directly to my dad. I chose white and blue from the 1800 flowers “sympathy” section and had a beautiful note telling him happy birthday dad, this is a day of remembrance and celebration of life. His brother sister and parents are celebrating him from above. The florist delivered weeds and sloppily hand wrote on a birthday card apparently not reading what the card was intended for. Delivering after 5pm when they were at the funeral, only to get them at 10pm upon returning. This was after 1800 flowers told them deliver by 4pm or after 8pm (no one answered multiple calls from 1800 flowers so they were left sending them messages). I have never been more embarrassed with a floral purchase especially considering the circumstance. What I purchased and what was delivered blew my mind.

I ordered three corsages for my daughter’s homecoming and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Only one was delivered, and the florist was completely unresponsive when I tried to resolve the issue. I originally placed the order through 1 800 Flowers. When their rep finally got ahold of someone at the florist, the florist refused to make it right and even hung up on the call.
