My new favorite nursery, not far from home and containing so many very well cared for plants. The soil they have is such top tier, I am going to get more next month.
Unfortunately, summer is ending so not a lot of plants in stock. However, they usually have very nice selection of things along with fertilizer, tools Etc
I ordered online for pickup. First of all, the lady (Christina) in the back that was handling flower orders was rude and witchy. Then, the bouquet she handed me was so sparse that it looked like she hadn't finished filling my order. Yet she said, "Well, that's what you paid for..." I finally put the flowers back on the counter and asked for a refund. She told me that the owner is the only one that can give a refund and that she wouldn't be in until Tuesday. That was my first time placing an order with this flower shop. Because of the low quality of the fulfillment of my order and the rudeness of Christina, I'm never going back. Once I get my refund, I want nothing else to do with this shop. Want to improve? Christina needs to get customer service training and the actual order needs to look like what's online.
Ordered online. The arrangement was beautiful. It was ready when required. I didn't look at the card that was attached until I got to the funeral home to deliver. They ran together the sentiment in our name with no space in between and not on a separate line for our signatures. And didn't notice until the next day at the funeral. There was absolutely no water in the vase. When I left it at the funeral home it was still in the box to stabilize the bottom of it. The staff was going to place it. I couldn't believe there was no water in it. I paid $80 for it and would want it to last a little bit
I’ve dropped by a few times and staff have always been so helpful and so kind. They have so many gorgeous plants - not just flowers! - and their prices are really good. Absolutely love this place!
