Placed an order for an odd number of roses, 23 or 25. They stated that they sell by the dozen, which I said "okay, but I want an odd number so either add or remove one please." They asked if I wanted baby's-breath which I said no thank you. They called the day before the scheduled pick-up to confirm, and when I mentioned my request for an Odd number, the woman said she would make a note in their system to ensure that part. The order I received had 2 dozen roses, and baby's-breath. They look nice, but fairly disappointing that even after calling and confirming the two requests, both were forgotten.

I called Peter Gregory Florist in Blue Ash, Ohio, from out of state, with less than a week’s notice with a request for a specific type of flower arrangement for a surprise birthday party I planned to host in the Pleasant Ridge area. They were so awesome and Alora even communicated with me via text message. The arrangement consisted of peonies, hydrangeas, and roses in the colors pink and blue just as requested. The morning of the event, the florist allowed me to show up before business hours, so that I could make the party on time and even helped bring the arrangement to the car. The Customer Service was Amazing! If I ever need flowers again while I’m in Ohio, they are my number one choice. And I let everyone I know at the birthday gathering specifically where I got the flowers. Thank you Peter Gregory Florist and Alora!
