I walked in last minute for a small bouquet for father's day with no idea what i wanted. The staff was very nice and worked quickly and knew what she was doing! The fish were cool to look at too haha

My boyfriend ordered me this beautiful arrangement for Christmas and I just love how it turned out!! The florist made it pink—just how I like it. Then they added lovely roses, lilies, jewels, and ornaments that complete the entire piece. Everything came very lively and I will certainly be buying from them again.
I would like to start off by saying I never ever write bad reviews as I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and understand that people make mistakes and our jobs can be difficult at times. However, this owner needs a lesson in human decency and customer service for sure. I ordered flowers through 1800 flowers. I ordered a beautiful extra large bouquet with white roses and a lot of lavender. It was actually called Lovely Lavender Medley. What they delivered was so far off from what I ordered and was more like Lacking Lavender. Not sure how it works on their end but do they have to accept the order from 1800 flowers? Truly that is not even why I am writing this review. I called 1800 flowers to express my concerns and they offered to refund my money which I accepted as a common practice from a business working in customer service and when a customer is unhappy with your product. Apparently Columbia Florist was never paid by 1800 flowers so the owner Sandy’s response was to call my aunt who is very old and recovering from surgery and tell her that she was coming to her house to pick up her flowers. Who does that!?? She was going to take her flowers away from her. Instead of calling 1800 flowers or me, the customer who made the complaint, to make things right. What an absolute disaster. No common sense or decency on how to work with people and how to solve a customer service issue.
I received a STUNNING bouquet for my birthday. Beautiful fresh flowers and really pretty vase. Days later, the roses are starting to open and not a single saggy blossom yet!
