We wanted to use a local small town business for our 50th Wedding Anniversary flowers ;so we chose this florist. They do not stand behind their flowers. At least 50% of my roses did not bloom. I called and told them within a week , but because of the holiday they said they couldn't help me until the following Monday. I went early Monday and then they said they couldn't help because it was now over a week! Go figure!
Elaina Rose replied back by email quickly answering my questions and leaving their cell number to answer even quicker if I had other questions. Was able to deliver my flowers in less than 2 hours, 20 minutes away. Was very appreciative, thanking me for my business, super friendly, updated me as it was done with a picture and verifying the recipient. Arrangement looked great with some flowers not bloomed yet so they will last longer as well. They really knocked it out of the park with their service and will be using them again.
