Robbins Village Florist was completely unwilling to find a way, or go out of the way, to deliver a sympathy bouquet to my Aunt whom just lost her husband. The road was reportedly closed and they didn't want to make the effort to travel around to go in the back way or find how the residents were accessing their homes. They were very unprofessional on the phone and expected me to call my grieving Aunt for directions. No heart and extremely poor customer service.

The flower arrangements are beyond beautiful. They always do a fabulous job. The staff is so friendly always making conversation and making sure you get the best flowers for any occasion.

I was out of State and needed flowers for my Aunts funeral. My local florist in Chillicothe told me Robbins would surely take care of me. The Planter with fresh cut flower arrangement was a very nice and a generous size for the price. The owner was very cooperative and friendly. Yes I recommend !

Twice now this florist has absolutely knocked it out of the park with their customer service, and prices. I would highly encourage anyone to shop here first every time. it’s the only place you will need to go for flowers. They absolutely killed it with my daughter’s surprise flower delivery to school for her birthday, and absolutely made her day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
