The Fig Tree is the Best florist in Butler County, the owners and floral designers are great and go the extra mile to meet your every need. The delivery drivers are very nice and one of them actually sings Happy Birthday when he delivers the flowers.
Had a great time working with Fig Tree. Teresa made my vision come to life! Edit: two photos of the smaller arrangements are the bridesmaids bouquets and the large arrangement in the vase is my bridal bouquet in the holder that Fig Tree provided for the day. The Fig Tree doesn’t disappoint. My husband and I stopped in to order a casket spray for my mother’s funeral. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. My mother loved flowers and this was perfect. Friendly helpful staff and Teresa is an amazing floral designer. I highly recommend them to anyone for your floral and gift needs. Thank you for helping make a sad day beautiful.
I ordered an arrangement for a friend's funeral. My son chose a colorful basket. After the service, we had to go read cards to make sure our order was even delivered, as we didn't spot anything close to what we ordered. Imagine our shock when we saw our names on the card to three pitiful, white carnations in a white ceramic plate of grass! I can understand substituting one basket for another, or a different pink flower for one that is out of stock, but this is just pitiful! I really believe they didn't think we would look for our order and just sent something in a case that wouldn't sell! The flowers were past their prime and the whole thing is just sad. I can not imagine what mind would think it is ok to substitute what we got for what we ordered! Photos are attached. Will never use teleflora again and would never recommend using a florist with such bad practice.
I debated about posting this review, but in the end I was disappointed. I ordered an arrangement for my mother’s funeral through Teleflora, and they contracted the service to “The Fig Tree”. While the arrangement was similar to what I ordered, I feel it was not the same quality. The arrangement pictured has many more roses than what I received, and not as much cheaper greenery fill. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to be in a white container that resembled a country or shabby chic feel. I received a cheap metal gold container. While I understand that the exact items may not be available and replacements need to be substituted, I don’t feel there was any attempt to even try to make the container similar and they just used one they had to get rid of it. Also I’m not sure whey the number of roses was not consistent and instead substituted for cheaper flowers. Surely a florist has roses on hand. I almost wonder if this florist didn’t think I would be at my mother’s funeral to see the arrangement. I also ordered an arrangement for my daughter to give to her grams at the funeral. I will say that one was beautiful. I was just very underwhelmed at what mine looked like after spending $140. Very disappointed.
