Loved my arrangement that I received for my birthday!! It was very colorful and springy!!! Also my arrangement sat on my desk at work for 7 days with no water ( I work at a school, snow days) and were barely wilted. Would definitely recommend!!!
Service helping pick flowers out that I wanted was awesome. Flowers were delivered to funeral home as promised. And looked amazing. Thank you so much. People at the cemetery were picking some out to take home. Warmed my heart to think family thought flowers were beautiful enough to take home as a reminder of loved one.
Bad customer service! I went in to get a quote for wedding flowers and when I asked for a quote for both real and silk flowers they said it made more sense to just quote for one type because it “wastes their time”. I was trying to compare costs so I found this to be pretty rude. But continued with the consultation annyway and was told they would reach out beginning of the following week with a quote for real flowers. It’s going on 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back. So today 4/25/24 I called and asked for an update and was told they haven’t even started working on my quote and would not even begin it until next week. The employee explained there are several proms this week so they are busy, but why put off working on a quote for almost 3 weeks??? Very disappointed and will not be returning.
