Flowers were horrible. EMBARRASSED. I asked for a refund. Elizabeth was nice at first and said that she has had trouble with this arrangement in the past and really should not even be offering these and should eliminate them from her choices. I completely agreed with her and said she should eliminate them if you’re gonna send that kind of an arrangement to a funeral home. Then things went South very quickly with her poor attitude. She basically called me a liar and said I need proof with a picture. Seriously, taking a picture of the funeral. It really never occurred to me to even have my phone in my possession let alone take a picture. Obviously she’s gone through this before, need I say more. Tried three different times to work this out. The last time after hanging up on me four times she said she was going to report me to the authorities. For what Elizabeth? Really just give me my $255 back. Seems pretty simple doesn’t it ?? apparently not So incredibly sad in our time of despair when we just were embarrassed at the funeral home AND she calls me a liar. Our family which means our children and my wife and I spent our money And just got disrespected attempting to make things right. I won’t get into the rest of the details but Elizabeth is a liar and our arrangement was horrible which we spent $255 so it wasn’t like we were trying to get anything but the best for a mother. I ordered flowers for a funeral through the funeral home’s website the day before, and they never arrived. If not for my sister attending the viewing, I wouldn’t have even known. She was told the order was awarded to Elizabeth’s. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted this service for an important occasion, and it failed miserably. I will never use it again.
I tried ordering flowers from here nearly two months ago but mistakenly thought they were located in Jackson, OH near me but they were about 2 hours away so they contacted me to say they couldn't deliver. I understood and asked for a refund to which I was told that it never charged me since they didn't process the order. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account showing the transaction and transaction date and now they aren't returning any of my messages. I don't know how they can run a business like this.
The flowers that I ordered on line looked nothing like what they sent. When I saw what was sent, i was completely embarrassed. I called and complained and was told that there is a disclaimer on the website that they can substitute for anything else that they have in stock. Altho, she couldn't remember where on the website it says that. She also charged a $10 service fee and a $10 delivery fee. I also paid more to get a "premium upgrade". Whatever that is. She couldn't answer that question either. Just kept saying: it's best to come in and order", So, if you really must order from her then go in and do it. But, next time I order flowers, it will be from the new place in town. My sister got online and ordered from the new place, and what was received, looked exactly like it did on line.Below is a picture of what I ordered Vs what was received.
